How to order

We believe ordering process is intuitive enough that one would not need any instructions but in case you need them you should find them here.

Selecting products

Select the product you want. Click on a button „Add to bag“ puts it in the „Shopping bag“. For some products you need to choose also the option (size, type or amount for gift cards), others do not have any options available. You can also choose amount of products you want to add to "Shopping bag".

It is possible to change amount or delete products entirely from „Shopping bag“ in next step.

In a second or two after adding product to „Shopping bag“ a new button „Go to Checkout“ will appear. You can explore other products and add them to „Shopping bag“ or go to checkout.

Checkout process

In general it is a 6 step process, you can always go back to previous step if needed.

The number of steps can be less than all 6 and some steps are a bit simplified for digital products.

Physical products (calendar, prints,…)

All steps apply

1. Email for communication (order confirmation, invoice,…)

When satisfied with the products and their amount in the „Shopping bag“ you need to enter your email address. You will be notified about order status to it only. We will send no other emails to you unless you subscribe to newsletter what we encourage you but it is up to you. You can do so by checking the tick box just below. With the click on „Checkout“ button you move to next step.

2. Defining delivery address

Please fill in the correct delivery address. Button „Continue“ brings you to step No.3.

3. Selecting shipping method

Options will be presented and calculated automatically once you enter delivery address in previous step.

In some cases only one shipping option may be available.

Once you select the shipping option the chosen shipping cost will be added to total. Click button „Continue“ to proceed to payment options.

4. Choosing payment options

Payment options are listed here and an extra field where you can leave us a note regarding your order if you want.

Button „Go to Payment“ opens a new window where you enter credit card details.

Options will be presented and calculated automatically.

In some cases only one shipping option may be available.

Once you select the shipping option the chosen shipping cost will be added to total. Click button „Continue“ to proceed to payment options.

5. Credit card information - actual payment

Button „Go to Payment“ brings you exactly where it says. A new window will open where you enter credit card details. Only after credit card details are correct and you click on button below which will say „Pay“ followed with the amount to be paid you actually make a payment.

6. Order confirmation

After successful transaction you will get order confirmation to email provided in first step.

Free digital files

Step 1 followed by simplified steps 4 and 6.

After completing step 1 you will skip to a bit simplified step 4 which says „Free order“. An extra field where you can leave us a note regarding your order if you want is still present.

By clicking „place order“ you jump to a bit modified step 6. Besides confirmation email with links to your files also a new page will load where you can download this files immediately.

Step 1 followed by steps 4, 5 and 6.
