roadcycling.photos website is owned and operated by MR & Co. d.o.o. (established 1999), Cesta v Zgornji Log 67, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, EU.
By purchasing via the roadcycling.photos online store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the paragraphs below. If you for any reason do not agree to this terms and conditions, please do not use our service.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee
According to Slovenia's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract for any item within 15 days of delivery.
We extend it to 30 days, just drop us an email – no questions asked.
Bear in mind that we can only refund goods that are in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Please note that you will be also responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
Prices
All prices are given in euros (€) and include VAT. You pay for ordered products exactly as stated before you confirm payment.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated for products which require shipping (physical products) only.
Shipping costs depend on total weight, size, delivery destination and transit time. Options will be calculated automatically once you enter delivery address. You will be able to select your preferred one before purchase. In some cases only one shipping option may be available.
There is no shipping fee for digital downloads including gift cards.

Various credit cards are accepted.
Transaction Security
To ensure the safety of all credit card transactions, all credit card payments are processed by Stripe (world class payment processor). Stripe provides secure online transactions at highest level and guarantees confidentiality of your credit card information, we never even see it.
Delivery Information
Digital goods
Orders will be completed immediately after payment (or after order is complete for free downloads). You will receive email with links to download in seconds.
Physical products
For prints which are printed individually processing time might be up to 14 days (depending on chosen option) then transit time itself should be added which will be 2 to 15 days (again depending on chosen option during checkout) to reach you anywhere on our planet.
Calendar is a special story anyway. Pre ordered calendars will be sent out latest early November and you can expect to receive it in the second part of November. Calendars ordered later in regular sale (after November 1st) will be dispatched within 3 days of received order.
Nevertheless, the delivery time may vary for reasons beyond the control of roadcycling.photos.
Customs and Duty
In non-EU countries duties and taxes may be payable on delivery depending on the destination country.
Please note that the recipient shall bear all delivery-related costs charged by the country and/or shipper such as (but not limited to) all applicable local customs charges, duties, tariffs, taxes and/or fees.
Defects and Defective Products
BigOpenSky makes every effort to deliver high quality products. However, we do not live in a perfect world. In case of an error or a defective product, send us an email including the details about the error/defect or non-conformity of the product no later than within 8 working days after the delivery. You will receive an email with the instructions on the return procedure. The postage and cost of the product(s) will be refunded unless the claim is found to be abusive or unjustified.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your package is not delivered in due time, please contact us by email. Please provide as much information as possible to help us track your product and find the best solution.
